Operations Manager – UK Airports
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing food-to-go and hospitality businesses in the world to appoint an exceptional Operations Manager to lead its UK Airport portfolio.
With 500+ locations globally and ambitious plans to grow to 1,000 stores by 2028, this is a business experiencing phenomenal momentum across the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. The Role
Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team, you'll have full operational responsibility for the company's UK airport estate, leading multiple high-volume locations across some of the country's busiest travel hubs.
This is a commercially focused leadership role where you'll balance operational excellence, people development, and business growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Store Managers across multiple airport locations.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across the region.
- Ensure outstanding execution of brand standards and customer experience.
- Build high-performing leadership teams through recruitment, succession planning, and coaching.
- Analyse commercial performance and implement strategies to improve KPIs.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Work closely with airport stakeholders and internal support teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support new store openings and future expansion projects.
- Champion company culture while creating an engaging environment for your teams.
About You

You'll ideally have:
- Multi-site operational management experience within hospitality, food-to-go, QSR, coffee, retail, or travel retail.
- Experience leading high-volume locations.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering sales and profit growth.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
- Experience managing large teams through multiple layers of management.
- The ability to influence, motivate, and inspire others.
- A hands-on approach with excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK airport estate.
