We are looking for a passionate Operations Manager to join our vibrant team!
The Role
An Operations Manager is responsible for leading and operating a successful DL Club, ensuring a seamless member experience across all days of the week, including acting as the Duty Manager. This role demands a focus on people and accountability to:
- Supervise and guide teams effectively.
- Uphold health & safety and compliance regulations.
- Foster an environment where teams feel valued, supported, and empowered.

About You
To excel in this role, we are seeking an Operations Manager with the following experience and attributes:

- Proven track record managing a large operational service delivery facility such as a restaurant, attraction, retail unit, or sporting/leisure facility.
- Experience leading multiple functions with diverse challenges and goals, or coordinating across different departments.
- Expertise in financial planning and management.
- A passionate advocate for customer service, dedicated to delivering excellence at every interaction.
