What You'll Be Doing
As an Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing Daily Operations: Ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a dedicated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Office Support: As they are a small business they expect the right candidate to muck in, take calls & meeting notes to help out where possible.
- Strategic Planning: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance
- Budget Management: Monitor budgets and develop financial plans to optimise resources
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports to upper management, providing insights and recommendations
What They're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Someone happy to get stuck in as this a very mixed role
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive approach to challenges and a passion for continuous improvement
