Operations Manager

Operations Manager Field-Based | UK Travel | Up to £50,000

We're partnering with a rapidly growing K-beauty retail brand to appoint an Operations Manager as the business continues its exciting expansion across the UK. Already operating a successful and growing retail estate alongside a thriving ecommerce channel and wholesale partnerships with major UK retailers, the business is building strong momentum within one of the most exciting categories in beauty. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious retail leader looking to take the next step in their career. Whether you're currently managing a flagship store, overseeing multiple locations, or operating within a cluster or area management structure, this role offers the chance to gain broader operational exposure within a fast-growth business.

The Opportunity As Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and improving performance across a growing network of stores. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive operational excellence, coach and develop store teams, and support the successful rollout of new locations as the business expands. This is a highly visible, field-based role requiring regular travel across the UK. You'll be someone who enjoys being in stores, building relationships with teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving high standards across the retail estate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
