Operations Manager required for a market leading company who have quickly grown to become a true market leader within their industry. This is a great opportunity to play an integral role within a friendly, family run business who are known for the quality of their product.
This role will suit an experienced Operations Manager (or similar) with experience of working in a fast-paced industry. You will need strong people management experience, experience leading strategic initiatives and driving businesses forward.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing site activities at the company's location in Oswestry. This will include overseeing a production mill, transport activities, engineering and CAPEX.
