We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead delivery across a key social housing responsive maintenance contract in Walton on Thames.
This is a critical leadership role, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of operational delivery across reactive maintenance works, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Lead operational teams, oversee performance, and work closely with clients and stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of responsive maintenance works across the contract
- Oversee operational teams including supervisors, trades, and support functions
- Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently achieved
- Drive productivity, performance, and continuous improvement across all workstreams
- Manage budgets, resources, and programme delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and company standards
- Support and develop a high-performing, engaged workforce

About You
We're looking for a strong operational leader with proven experience in social housing responsive maintenance.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager within responsive maintenance
- Strong background in social housing
- Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced maintenance contracts
- Demonstrable experience leading and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Ability to drive performance and improve service delivery
- Full UK driving licence
