Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational delivery of NTRP’s travel services. This role coordinates workflows across the travel teams to ensure requests are executed on time, within budget, and to client specifications. The Operations Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, venues, and partners, while continuously improving processes, documentation, and communication standards. This role also involves supporting financial tracking, reporting on operational performance, and contributing to strategic planning and scalability of the business.

- Experience in operations management within travel is essential, within entertainment and touring preferred
- Excellent Fare knowledge essential
- Galileo GDS knowledge is preferred, excellent GDS knowledge is essential
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external suppliers.
- Comfort with using digital tools and systems for scheduling, documentation, CRM, and reporting; ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to make sound decisions in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
- Availability to work flexible hours when required, including occasional evenings and weekends.
