Operations Manager
If you're an experienced Hospitality Manager with a talent for running busy restaurants, bars, and accommodation operations, this could be your next exciting opportunity.
Surya Hotels is recruiting a Hotel Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a fantastic team, and create outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements
- Management Experience in a 3/4 * 30+ bedroom hotel OR phenomenal experience leading Restaurant teams- delighting and enhancing guest experience
- A thirst to drive and improve standards across the Hotel
- Great attention to detail
- Insight in to local market, specifically aware of opportunities and ways to increase F&B footfall
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, across a number of divisions, e.g. Restaurant, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Reception
- Numerical dexterity to crunch the numbers, drive occupancy, ARR and achieve best stock control and ROI
- Compassion to lead, motivate, inspire and develop your team- from your housekeeping stars to your back office team and FOH wonders
- Proven experience being hands on whilst seeing the bigger picture to increase your business
- Proven ability to work autonomously within an evolving framework
- Managers are managed against the Hotel P&L, guest feedback, ARR, Occupancy levels, Audits and Team stability
- Must have experience within a similar role with site and P&L responsibility
- Strong Hospitality Background, preferably F&B driven experience gained in hotels or high volume restaurants with personality, with proven levels of success
- Excellent management skills, including recruiting, performance managing and leading a team and an exceptional manager
- Commercially astute to monitor and analyse trends and identify opportunities
- Flexible in approach and a ‘Can do, will achieve’ attitude
