Hotel Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead, inspire, and motivate operational teams in our hotel to deliver exceptional customer service and drive commercial results.
As our Hotel Operations Manager, you will be working closely with the General Manager to drive excellence throughout the hotel. Ensuring seamless guest experiences and upholding brand standards will be at the heart of your daily activities. By collaborating with your department heads, you will:
- Maximise commercial results
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members
- Enhance employee engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management, with a track record of delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of hotel operations and guest satisfaction
- A passion for hospitality and a relentless commitment to excellence
