We have a fantastic opportunity for Operations Managers in our Domestic Major Loss Team.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to take up an Operations Manager position within our dedicated Domestic Major Loss team. The team are based across the Midlands/South Wales and you'll balance office and remote work to optimise your team's efficiency.
Our dedicated team generally handle claims over £100k in value. Each adjuster works alongside a designated adjusting executive and works as part of the larger regional team. Claims are allocated based on experience and technical ability, with each claim assessed for complexity prior to allocation.
Your role demands excellent claims experience, strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll ensure your team is equipped to handle the most challenging claims, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact.

Experience handling complex property insurance claims Proven management skills: and the confidence to lead a high performing team Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
