Operations Manager

About Tea Story

At Tea Story, we believe tea is more than a drink—it's a way to connect people, cultures, and everyday moments. We're building a community around quality tea experiences, and we're looking for people who are excited to be part of that journey.

Operations Manager

We're looking for an Operations Manager to build the systems, processes, and structures that let us scale without losing the quality and care that define us. This is a broad, hands-on role and you'll move between supply chain, inventory, compliance, scheduling, and cross-team coordination. No two weeks look the same. If you thrive on bringing order to complexity and enjoy seeing the direct results of your work, this role was built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Oversee daily operations across our store and office
  • Build, implement, and continuously refine SOPs across all key functions
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company standards
  • Monitor operational KPIs, including waste percentage, fulfilment rates, and labour costs and act on what you find

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
