About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead, inspire, and motivate operational teams in our hotel to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve superior commercial results, and enhance operational excellence in line with our brand standards.
As our Hotel Operations Manager, you will:
- Work closely with the General Manager
- Champion excellence throughout the hotel
- Ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold our brand standards
- Collaborate with department heads to drive commercial results and enhance team engagement
- Prioritise safety, security, and well-being for all guests and staff
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a proven track record in hotel operations
- Lead operational teams to maximise commercial results and uphold brand standards
- Work cross-functionally to foster engagement, safety, and continuous improvement
- Problem-solve proactively to create seamless guest experiences

Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management, with a track record of driving guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and empower teams
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and commercial excellence
- A passion for hospitality and a relentless commitment to exceeding expectations
