£55,000 to £65,000 per year + bonus, car allowance

We’re looking for an epic leader of people and standards-driven operator to join our team as an Operations Manager.

This role would be a great fit for someone currently operating as an Area Manager, Area Coach, District Manager, Regional Manager within hospitality, QSR or casual dining.

You’ll be the driver of culture, leading your General Managers and bring to life our 'bring the fun' value. You'll provide clear direction and motivational leadership, be responsible for your KPIs, especially sales and profit targets. Whilst ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. We work in a fast-paced and competitive environment, so these standards are vital to the success of the business.

What you’ll do here

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety procedures
  • Build, develop and retain a high-performing team through strong recruitment, training, coaching and development, succession planning and leadership practices and in line with company expectations
  • Put the customer first in everything you and your teams do, driving service and guest reviews/feedback
  • Ensure food quality standards uphold our ambition to be the most loved QSR brand
  • Collaborate with the Chicken HQ teams to gain the support and expertise you need to drive your store forward
  • Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures and standards across all locations
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, budgeting and cost control measures
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness

What you’ll have done

  • Strong experience and proven track record in a multi-site, hospitality business, ideally QSR or casual dining
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Always leads by example, lives and breathes an epic guest experience and drives KPIs
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Extensive experience recruiting, developing and talent planning within your store teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse financial data and make sound business decisions
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
