Operations Manager
FULL TIME - SCP 37 – 40 (£48,226 to £51,356)
Malvern Town Council is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and co-ordinate the Council’s operational services.
Managing a team of seven full-time grounds maintenance operatives, the Town Council is looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to ensure the Council’s services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with Council policies and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the Council’s operational services
- Manage a team of seven full-time grounds maintenance operatives

Requirements
- Previous experience of managing operational services
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
