Salary: £57,500–£67,000 (depending on experience) Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week) Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7AW Contract: Full-time, permanent
About the Role
The **Office of Professional Staff Affairs (OPSA) sits within the Chief of Staff Office at Cleveland Clinic London. Report to the Head of OPSA.
The Talent & Operations Manager is responsible through:
Core Responsibilities
Operations
- OPSA Partnering
- Understand key processes and business drivers within the OPSA team.
- Partner with stakeholders to address proactive issue resolution and optimise workflows.
- Departmental Partnering
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations and Finance, acting as the core 'triangle' for workflow and organisational relationships.
- Seek HR support on employment law compliance and HR best practice.
- Engagement
- Ensure communication and engagement with the Consultant body.
- Support internal or external referrer events and materials development.
- Performance Reporting
- Drive monthly performance reporting on quality, activity, and finance via development and management of the OPSA dashboard.
- Integrate metrics into Annual Performance Review (APR) processes.
- Process & Service Improvement
- Evaluate and document operational processes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work with clinical operations and medical leadership to drive quality, efficiency, and cost-saving improvements.
- Organisational Management
- Contribute to the definition, communication, and operationalisation of Institute/Organisational plans and workforce/capacity strategies.
- Align belts closely with Strategy and Finance teams under Chief of Staff and Head of OPSA.

Talent Acquisition
- End-to-End Medical Staff Recruitment
- Lead all stages: assessment, feedback, onboarding, and practice execution.
- Perform a professional consultative role with medical staff leadership to optimise recruitment of Consultants and General Practitioners.
- Sourcing
- Arrange job adverts and source CVs via referrals and professional recruitment channels.
- Maintain a database of medical staff profiles, contacts, and candidate leads.
- Develop and maintain candidate files and recruitment logs.
- Selection
- Ensure streamlined selection process, including facilitating interviews, feedback, and outcomes.
- Achieve positive candidate experiences while representing diversity in hiring.
- With credentialing support, track and report on new caregiver statuses, availability, document delays, and compliance clearance.
- Onboarding
- Optimise efficiency and completeness of new caregiver onboarding, partnering with clinical teams on practice transitions.
- Ongoing Talent Partnering
- Conduct contract renewals and contract administration.
- Maintain senior leadership engagement, including ensuring signal alignment between recruitment activity and departmental strategy.
What We Need from You
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record of progressing responsible work in end-to-end recruitment in a regulated environment, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
- Experience recruiting Physicians/Doctors (highly desirable) or extensive experience in complex high-level roles (Head of Departments, Directors) if physician experience is unavailable.
- Experience in partnering with internal and external stakeholders in recruitment activities.
- Experience in acute care settings, either NHS or private healthcare.
- Experience in operational healthcare management.

- Experience on management reporting, including quality, activity, and finance metrics.
- Experience in commercial/financial objectives, including budgeting, commercial analysis, and business case development.
- Experience in service-focused improvement, including efficiency and customer service.
