OHL Operations Manager
As an OHL Operations Manager, you will work as a senior operational lead holding responsibility for the delivery in your respective workstream whilst contributing to business plan goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide OHL-specific knowledge and expertise to the operations leadership team and the wider business to ensure that future OHL work opportunities are achieved, risks are identified and mitigated and operational excellence and optimised workstream delivery efficiencies are achieved.
- Deliver continuous improvement in the delivery of OHL frameworks, therefore, ensuring the team manage and pro-actively mitigate risks to contractual performance and delivery through effective framework, contract and commercial management.
- Achieve industry-leading workstream delivery to time, cost, budget, quality, safety and customer service standards utilizing technical and industrial resources and contractor service providers.
- Drive achievement of all operational, external stakeholder and customer service standards, working in collaboration across all workstream areas where needed.
- Drive proactive management and improvement plans when standards and/or customer satisfaction is not achieved.
- Deliver against productivity and safety targets.
- Actively engage with colleagues deployed and provide evidence-based structured feedback to Project Managers and Project Coordinators on their performance and impact on the frameworks they deliver.
- Lead and monitor financial, operational and commercial performance.

Qualifications and Attributes
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- HNC in Engineering or Construction
- IOSH Managing Safety
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in Contract and Unit Management
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience with Customer/Client management
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Construction
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Chartered Engineer
- Prince/PMI Practitioner
- NRSWA
- Experience of line management in business streams
