Operations Manager - We're Hiring!

Up to £80,000 (flexible for the right person) + Bonus + Company Car
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing engineering business at a pivotal stage of its journey. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with senior leadership to improve processes, drive operational performance and help build a scalable operation for future growth.

What you'll need:
- Operations management experience within engineering, manufacturing or field service
- Strong commercial awareness and KPI management
- Experience improving operational processes and systems
- A hands-on approach with excellent leadership and communication skills
