About the Company
Our client is a well-established and entrepreneurial real estate advisory business with a strong reputation for delivering specialist advice across the property and hospitality sectors. Working with a broad range of investors, owners, operators and occupiers, the business combines deep market expertise with a highly relationship-driven approach.
As the organisation continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an Operations Manager to work closely with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. This is a broad, hands-on position offering exposure across operations, executive support, marketing, reporting, stakeholder management and business administration.
About the Role
This is a highly varied role suited to an organised and proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and supporting senior stakeholders.
You will act as a central point of coordination across the business, ensuring operations run efficiently while supporting wider strategic and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
- Provide executive support to senior leadership, including diary management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate client and stakeholder records.
- Assist with reporting, pipeline management and business performance tracking.
- Coordinate proposals, invoicing and billing administration.
- Liaise with external advisors including accountants, solicitors and technology providers.
- Support marketing initiatives, social media activity and communications projects.
- Assist with events, research projects and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
About You
Essential
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar business support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.
- High levels of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently.

- Experience within professional services, property, real estate, consultancy or hospitality-related businesses.
- Exposure to marketing, communications or social media coordination.
- Experience supporting a growing SME environment.
