Operations Manager (Remote) – Contract Role

Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Retail Operations Manager to work on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The position requires coordination with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.

  • Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
  • Job Type: Contract
  • Payout: $40 – $65/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize retail store workflows, including inventory, staffing, and customer service processes. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, foot traffic, and inventory turnover. • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance store performance and compliance. • Collaborate with regional managers to align store operations with broader business strategies. • Train and mentor store staff on operational best practices and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
