- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong financial awareness
- High commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance
Having a WAMITAB/COTC or NEBOSH qualification will be a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
The role combines strategic site leadership, budget management, and continuous improvement, with a focus on ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while delivering high-quality service to customers.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead day-to-day site activities
- Manage and motivate diverse teams
- Optimise resource utilisation
- Work closely with senior management, regulators, contractors, and customers to maintain strong operational performance

This role acts as the operational lead for the Perth site—overseeing site maintenance, driving lean and safety-focused CI initiatives, and monitoring budgets and KPIs to ensure long-term operational resilience.
Location
Based at their facility in Perth, Scotland, offering flexible working hours around site operational requirements to support a strong work-life balance.
