Operations Manager: Visitor Attraction

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Location: Birmingham Area

I am working on a great opportunity to join an established Visitor Attraction. This role will involve running the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced attraction and keep everything running smoothly, safely, and profitable. You'll lead teams, drive performance, and step in as senior lead when needed.

Role

  • Oversee daily operations across admissions, guest experience, and site presentation
  • Lead teams to hit KPIs, boost customer satisfaction, and grow revenue
  • Manage incidents, audits, cash control, and compliance
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service
  • Build strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and local stakeholders

  • Strong operational leadership experience (attraction or similar environment)
  • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and performance targets
  • Confidence handling incidents, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Solid understanding of health and safety and compliance
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth
