Are you passionate about accelerating the UK's transition to clean energy?

Installio is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our growing Solar PV installation programme. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while driving operational performance and creating an outstanding customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing renewable energy business where you'll have real ownership over day-to-day operations, work closely with installation partners, and help shape the processes that support our continued growth.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of Solar PV installations from order confirmation through to successful completion. You'll manage installation schedules, subcontractor performance, operational processes, and customer communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

You'll work cross-functionally with sales, technical, compliance, and customer success teams, using data to identify improvements and drive operational excellence as Installio continues to scale.

What You'll Do

Operations Management

  • Own the end-to-end operational delivery of Solar PV installations
  • Manage installation capacity, scheduling, and resource planning
  • Monitor live projects, proactively resolving delays, risks, and operational issues
  • Oversee remedial works and ensure timely completion of outstanding actions
  • Drive installation performance against key operational KPIs including lead times, completion rates, and customer satisfaction

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
