Operations Manager

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) are running smoothly and efficiently. Lead and manage department heads and staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high levels of service. Monitor guest feedback and address any complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Review financial performance, including key metrics such as occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and F&B revenue, and implement strategies to improve profitability. Ensure the hotel meets or exceeds quality standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety through regular inspections and evaluations. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HR to align operational goals with overall business objectives and maximize revenue. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; lead staff training on emergency procedures and best practices. Communicate operational performance and challenges to senior management through regular reports on guest satisfaction, financial results, and operational metrics. Maintain clear communication and coordination between departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong experience in hotel operations, with a deep understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance management.
  • Excellent financial acumen, including the ability to support with budgets, monitor performance, and implement cost-control measures.
  • A guest-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of thinking on your feet and addressing operational issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and senior management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
