Job Description
As Operations Manager, you will serve as a "second brain" to the founders, owning high-leverage cross-border execution. You will manage everything from legal coordination and international entity setup to vendor negotiations and internal systems building. This is a high-responsibility, hands-on role at the intersection of deep-tech and global logistics.

What You Will Do
- Lead cross-border operations and data collection coordination across international teams in Mexico and Morocco.
- Build and optimize internal workflows for accounting, compliance, and vendor management to ensure seamless daily execution.
- Act as a force multiplier for the founders by handling complex negotiations with landlords, legal entities, and service providers.
The ideal candidate
- 1.5–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB, Big 4) or high-growth startup operations.
- Elite academic background with a proven ability to think structurally and execute precisely in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interest in robotics or deep-tech, with the resilience to navigate complex international legal and administrative challenges.
