Job Title

Operations Manager (Founders Associate)

Salary

Up to £100k + Equity

Company Description

Adamo is a $6M seed-stage London robotics company building a teleoperation platform for human-in-the-loop control. Backed by top investors, they provide the infrastructure layer for the future of robotics deployment, enabling low-latency remote operation and real-world data collection for global robotics firms at the frontier of physical AI.

Job Description

As Operations Manager, you will serve as a "second brain" to the founders, owning high-leverage cross-border execution. You will manage everything from legal coordination and international entity setup to vendor negotiations and internal systems building. This is a high-responsibility, hands-on role at the intersection of deep-tech and global logistics.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Join a high-trust, 4-person founding team building the essential infrastructure layer for physical AI and teleoperation.
  • Direct mentorship from the CEO with significant ownership over company-level strategy and international operational execution.
  • High-growth potential to transition into Head of Operations as the company scales its $6M seed funding.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How does this work?

  • Jack's an AI agent for job searching and career coaching. He works for you.
  • Jill is the AI recruiter working for the company. She recruits from Jack's network.
  • If it's a match and the company wants to meet you, they'll make the intro. In the meantime, if you'd like, Jack will send you excellent alternatives.

We never post fake jobs

This isn't a trick. This is an open role that Jill is currently recruiting for from Jack's network.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.

Give Jack a spin! You could land this role. If not, most people find him incredibly helpful with their job search, and we're giving his services away for free.
