📣 We’re looking for an Operations Manager.
Fancy playing a pivotal role in bringing back one of the UK's most iconic heritage funicular railways?
We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead the Leas Lift through its pre-opening phase, launch, and beyond, building the team, systems and standards that will carry it into a sustainable future.

You'll be hands-on and strategic in equal measure: leading day-to-day operations and health & safety, managing a team of staff and volunteers, and forging commercial partnerships that help the Lift thrive.
📍 Folkestone, Kent (some hybrid flexibility)
💷 £45,000
⏰ Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week (permanent)
