Headspace is seeking an experienced and organised Operations Officer to help lead the day-to-day delivery of our growing services across the North Cotswolds.
Working alongside the Head of Services, this role will oversee the coordination of our mentoring, wellbeing, outdoor learning and parent support programmes, ensuring services are safe, effective and responsive to the needs of young people and families. A key aspect of the role is supporting, coordinating and managing the staff, contractors and volunteers who deliver our services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational and people-management skills who enjoys leading teams, solving problems and helping services run effectively. As Headspace continues to grow, the Operations Officer will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality support for young people across the North Cotswolds.

Key Details
- 25 hours per week (Annualised contract around term time. 8 hours per week in school holidays)
- Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire
- £24,900 per annum (pro rata from £45,000 FTE)
- 28 days holiday (pro rata includes 8 bank holidays)
- 15% employer pension contribution
- Start date: September 2026
- Closing date: Friday 24 July 2026
