Be-Resourcing is excited to present an opportunity for an Operations Oversight Analyst based in Edinburgh. Offering a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits, this role sits within a busy Operations team responsible for overseeing key outsourced providers and ensuring investment operations activities are delivered effectively and in line with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supporting trade lifecycle oversight across equities, bonds, FX, and derivatives.
- Performing fund accounting oversight and monitoring cash and stock reconciliations.
- Producing fund flow, regulatory, and governance reporting.
- Monitoring and overseeing third-party service providers.
- Investigating operational issues and supporting resolution activities.
- Maintaining controls, procedures, and process documentation.
- Supporting operational improvement and change projects.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience within Investment Operations, Fund Operations, or Fund Oversight.
- Knowledge of fund accounting, reconciliations, and operational controls.
- Experience producing MI and operational reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- IOC qualification desirable.
