About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations & People Lead to join a well-established, award-winning creative agency operating across the UK & US.
Working with globally recognised brands across film, television, gaming, consumer products, and entertainment, the agency delivers integrated marketing, creative, production, and media campaigns for some of the world's biggest names.
This is a broad, hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the heart of a business. You'll be responsible for ensuring the agency runs smoothly day-to-day while helping to shape its people strategy, operational excellence, and workplace culture.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll oversee operations across multiple locations, support the employee lifecycle alongside HR, and help create an environment where creative teams can perform at their best.
The Role
As Operations & People Lead, you'll act as the operational backbone of the agency, balancing facilities, compliance, people operations, and employee experience across the business.
You'll lead office and facilities management, oversee operational processes and governance, support client security requirements, and ensure the business maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.

Alongside the HR function, you'll contribute to the full employee lifecycle, performance management, policy development, onboarding, wellbeing initiatives, and continuous improvement projects, helping create a positive and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Lead office and facilities management across multiple international locations.
- Manage front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional client and visitor experience.
- Coordinate client security audits, compliance questionnaires, and information security requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and external recruitment partners.
- Oversee business continuity planning, health & safety, and operational risk.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, confidentiality agreements, and internal governance processes.
People
- Support the employee lifecycle alongside the HR team, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and compliance.
- Assist with UK employment policies, employee relations, and HR best practice.
- Coordinate performance review cycles, salary benchmarking, and reward processes.
- Support employee benefits, wellbeing initiatives, and hybrid working policies.
- Develop and enhance onboarding programs, learning resources, and employee experience.
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and internal processes.
- Support embedded client resource management where required.

About You
We're looking for an experienced operations and people professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience within a creative agency, marketing agency, production environment, or another fast-paced professional services business.
- Strong operational management skills with experience overseeing facilities, compliance, and business operations.
- Knowledge of UK employment practices and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience supporting HR initiatives, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information.
