Operations & People Lead | London/Hybrid | £60,000 - £75,000

I'm delighted to be partnering with an award-winning independent creative agency that's looking to hire an experienced Operations & People Lead.

This is a genuinely broad and business-critical role, but first and foremost it's an operations-led position (approximately 65% Operations / 35% People). You'll be the operational heartbeat of the agency, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly while helping create an outstanding employee experience.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll have real ownership across agency operations, compliance, client security and workplace culture, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and creating an environment where creative teams can thrive.

The Role

You'll take ownership across both Operations and People, with responsibilities including:

Operations

  • Leading the day-to-day running of a busy creative agency.
  • Managing office operations and facilities.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client security requirements, vendor questionnaires and compliance processes.
  • Coordinating content security audits and working closely with the IT team to ensure client standards are met.
  • Managing supplier relationships and external partners.
  • Overseeing business continuity planning, Health & Safety, GDPR and confidentiality processes.
  • Continually reviewing and improving operational processes across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
