Job Title: Resourcing Coordinator
Salary range: From £28,000 to £29,000
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/26
Location: Field based - National

In this fast-paced and highly collaborative role, you’ll be at the heart of the recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless hiring journey from application to offer. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, gaining real exposure to strategic workforce planning while developing your expertise in talent acquisition.

Minimum Criteria
- Experience in facilitating our recruitment processes for hourly-paid roles, either in the capacity of a Hiring Manager or supporting Manager.
- Experience in successfully onboarding new hires into the business, ensuring compliance with Right To Work and other legal requirements.
- Must have administrative experience or have worked in an administrative role requiring daily use of various Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Power Point & Teams.
- Experience in building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, evidencing strong communication & influencing skills to drive performance.
- Demonstrated capability of working towards multiple SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be required to travel around your aligned region a minimum of 2-3 days per week including overnight stays where necessary - so flexibility around travel is essential.
