£30,000 per annum full-time equivalent
Four days per week (Monday-Thursday)
Fixed term until 31 March 2027 (with continuation subject to funding and organisational review)

Reclaim The Frame (formerly Birds' Eye View Film Festival) is the UK’s leading charity for gender equity in cinema.
Founded in 2003, we champion women and filmmakers of all marginalised genders through training, mentoring, advocacy and audience engagement, helping to build more equitable, inclusive and sustainable careers and a fairer film culture.
Working across the UK, we deliver talent development programmes, support independent film releases, convene conversations across the sector and advocate for systemic change across the screen industries.

About the role
We are looking for an Operations & Programmes Coordinator to join our team and play a central role in supporting the delivery of Reclaim The Frame’s work.
This is a pivotal role within our small but ambitious charity, providing the coordination, organisation and administrative support that enables our programmes, events and campaigns to happen effectively.
Working closely with the Director, Programme Producers and Finance Officer, the successful candidate will support the delivery of talent development programmes, screening events and organisational activity, while helping maintain the systems and processes that underpin our work.

This role would suit someone who enjoys creating order, communicating clearly and working collaboratively. You will be organised, proactive and confident managing a varied workload across programmes, operations, communications and events.
Key responsibilities
The Operations & Programmes Coordinator will support:
- The coordination and administration of Reclaim The Frame’s training, talent development programmes, screenings and events.
- Communications with programme participants, speakers, partners and contributors.
- Organisational systems, records, databases and documentation.
- Digital communications, including website updates, newsletters and approved social media content.
- Event logistics, including venues, access requirements, catering and technical arrangements.
- Day-to-day operational support for the Director and wider team.
About you
We are looking for an exceptional organiser with experience in administration and operations across projects, programmes or events.
You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be confident communicating with a wide range of people, maintaining accurate systems and records, and using digital tools effectively.
