For a great career… just add water 💧

Water Recycling Operations play a vital role in protecting our environment. If you thrive on solving problems, delivering work, and enjoy making a real impact - this is your opportunity to join a high-performing team at the heart of our operations as a Project Engineer.

In our Water Recycling team, your work will directly influence the performance and resilience of our treatment sites across the Anglian region.

The role

Our Project Engineers lead the technical, commercial, and safe delivery of both CAPEX and OPEX projects, from initial assessment through to completion. Working closely with Operational Site Teams, you'll get to the root of problems, develop practical solutions, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Whether your background is mechanical, electrical, process, or project management, you’ll bring valued experience to the team, and we’ll support you in developing the broad range of skills you’ll need to thrive.

Key to success in this role is building strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll provide regular updates, offer practical support, and build confidence that projects will be delivered effectively, efficiently, and most importantly - safely. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on the people and sites you support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
