Tech Connect Group are partnering with an automotive business on the recruitment of an experienced Project Manager who enjoys turning ideas into action and delivering meaningful business improvements.
This role will suit a proactive and collaborative Operations Project Manager who can lead a variety of operational projects that enhance production capability, improve efficiency, increase capacity, and support long-term business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by driving change in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading operational projects from planning through to successful completion
- Managing facility upgrades, equipment installations, production capacity improvements, site transfers, and layout changes
- Delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to operations
- Managing project budgets, risks, timelines, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Building strong relationships across teams to drive engagement and successful project outcomes
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimisation, and operational excellence

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering projects within a manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or operational environment
- Strong experience managing complex projects, budgets, contractors, and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organisation
- A practical and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with project management tools or methodologies would be advantageous
