Operations Project Manager
Senior Operations Manager – EMEA | Monster Energy
Ready to build, scale, and optimise supply networks for one of the world’s most iconic brands? We’re partnering with Monster Energy to find a Senior Operations Manager – EMEA to play a critical role in shaping and delivering supply chain capability across a high-growth, fast-moving region.

The Role
This is a high-impact, strategic operations role focused on building supply capacity ahead of demand and ensuring the EMEA network is fit for future growth. You’ll lead complex, multi-market projects from concept through to execution—balancing speed, cost, and long-term network performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Delivery (End-to-End Ownership)
- Lead delivery of new capacity and capability projects across EMEA
- Design efficient supply chain flows (physical + system)
- Drive on-time, in-full execution across multiple stakeholders
- Manage risks, issues, and change control across project lifecycles
- Support new product launches with a focus on operational readiness

Leadership & Growth
- Own and deliver projects that enable long-term regional growth
- Contribute to the 3-year supply network strategy
- Build strong business cases with clear recommendations
- Act as the operational voice within your markets
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Influence and align stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes
- Play a key role in network design and optimisation conversations
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and service
- Embed sustainable processes and ways of working
- Drive a culture of proactive problem solving and improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-market supply chain or operations projects
- Strong stakeholder management across internal and external networks
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance cost, speed, and long-term strategy
- A natural problem solver who can lead, influence, and execute
