We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects within our TRS operations. This role will assume full accountability for project execution across the entire lifecycle, from pre-bid and contract award through to mobilisation, delivery, and close-out.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, in compliance with technical and contractual requirements, and within approved schedule and budget constraints. This position requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across geographically diverse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Assume full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects in accordance with defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including project charters, delivery plans, and interface management processes
- Provide regular, structured reporting to senior management on project performance, risks, and financial status

- Support commercial and business development teams during tender phases
- Develop project execution strategies, cost estimates, risk registers, and mitigation plans
- Liaise with Product Line and engineering teams to ensure technically compliant and commercially viable solutions
Stakeholder & Client Interface
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, JV partners, and key stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication, alignment of expectations, and timely resolution of issues
- Manage third-party contractors and suppliers, ensuring performance aligns with contractual obligations and operational requirements
Operational Coordination & Mobilisation
- Interface with regional operations, asset management, and supply chain functions to ensure readiness for project execution
- Oversee mobilisation activities, including equipment sourcing, logistics, and resource planning
- Ensure all materials and equipment are procured, assembled, tested, and delivered in line with project schedules
Financial Management
- Maintain oversight of project budgets, cost performance, and financial forecasting
- Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and identify areas for optimisation and cost control
- Support commercial awareness across the project team to ensure delivery within financial targets
Technical & Risk Oversight
- Ensure adherence to technical specifications, industry standards, and company procedures
- Lead risk identification and mitigation activities, including structured methodologies such as bow-tie analysis
- Provide guidance in resolving technical and operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle
Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across functions and regions
- Mentor and develop direct reports in line with competency frameworks and development plans
- Promote a strong safety culture, operational discipline, and continuous improvement mindset

Ability to deliver structured project updates to Senior Management, highlighting progress against plan, key achievements against milestones, actual cost against budget & recommended actions to support proactive decision making
Job Knowledge & Qualifications
- Extensive project management experience within the oil & gas, energy, or related engineering sectors
- Demonstrated track record in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong understanding of full project lifecycle delivery, including tendering, mobilisation, execution, and close-out
- Proven ability in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience coordinating with supply chain, logistics, and asset management functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience managing client and contractor interfaces
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational capabilities
