We are on a mission to change the face of behavioral health. Help us save lives and make a difference.

What You'll Do

The Operations Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives across Connections Health Solutions' (CHS) behavioral health crisis network. The Operations Project Manager works closely with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor stakeholders to move initiatives from intake all the way through close. You'll be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change, while keeping leaders in the loop through clear, concise reporting. This is a hands-on role with a good amount of administrative and coordination responsibility, including maintaining project documentation, plans, trackers, schedules, and dashboards; organizing meetings and follow ups; and helping build out the standards, templates, tools, and reporting practices for a growing PMO. By applying structured project management discipline (PMI/PMBOK), this role helps ensure initiatives launch on time and with expected quality/ROI across multiple sites and deliver measurable operational and patient-care outcomes.

Project Management

  • Oversee multiple, concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors to hit milestones.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans that outline objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource needs, scaled to the size and complexity of each initiative.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to make sure everyone's aligned with goals and deliverables.
  • Keep initiatives on track so they finish on time and deliver intended impact, quality and ROI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
