Role:
We are seeking an Operations Projects & Data Coordinator to join Aman Essentials as part of our London team. The Operations Project & Data Coordinator provides day-to-day support to the Beauty Operations team. The role focuses on operational coordination, maintaining accurate batch and inventory data, and supporting new product development project tracking.
By ensuring data accuracy, supporting compliance activities, and following established processes, the role helps reduce operational risk and administrative workload for senior team members. The position also supports preparation for future ERP (SAP) implementation through consistent data maintenance and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate end-to-end batch tracking for all finished goods, ensuring full traceability across global markets.
- Proactively monitor shelf life and expiry dates across multiple 3PL locations to reduce waste, prevent write-offs, and maintain product freshness standards.
- Support supply chain and new product development initiatives by tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain internal project trackers for international shipments, product launches, and operational initiatives.
- Own the accuracy and maintenance of product master data, including weights, dimensions, specifications, and batch attributes.
- Lead the transition from manual data handling to scalable, system-ready processes in preparation for SAP rollout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational queries from third-party logistics providers.
- Support inventory visibility and stock accuracy to enable demand-driven forecasting and commercial planning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
