🔎 About The Role
As an Operations Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of aircraft and freight throughout the operation. Working closely with handlers, stakeholders, shippers, flight crews, and internal operational teams, you will ensure effective communication and the timely completion of operational requirements.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing
- Check that the correct ULDs are being loaded.
- Push and pull large containers.
- Lift boxes weighing up to 25kg.
- Crawl in confined spaces to load aircraft belly holds.
- Work at height when loading the upper deck.
- Support other teams as required across the operation.
- Carry out daily equipment checks.
- Work in accordance with Global Aviation Procedures and Standards.
- Report equipment faults, defects, and breakdowns promptly to support timely repairs
⭐ What You’ll Bring
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication and proactive initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines within a time-critical environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to build and develop positive working relationships.
- Good level of Maths and English.
- IT skills required with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong working knowledge of Outlook for professional communication.
- Knowledge of DHL systems (advantageous).
