Senior Support Worker – Residential Service (Rotherslade, SA3 4QW) – Full-time

Job Location & Employment Details

  • Location: Rotherslade, SA3 4QW
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Base Salary: Up to £14.05 per hour
  • Essentials:
    • Must have the ability to drive (valid Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this post).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: QCF Level 3 qualified (or working towards if not already qualified)
  • Experience: At least 1 year in care (INHDP, if applicable)

  • Help lead the staff team, ensuring best practice and effective delivery of care.
  • Provide person-centred care, advocating for those supported.
  • Supervise and support staff across a wide range of duties.
  • Ensure high standards of care for vulnerable individuals with:
    • Mental health needs
    • Autism
    • Learning disabilities
  • Work independently, sometimes taking sole responsibility for a service or shift area.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills at all levels.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
