✅ What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver nightly reports to Sort Supervisor
- Stand in as cover for the Supervisor when necessary
- Engage and deliver nightly performance dialogues and briefings to team
- Carry out any analysis and reporting for operational needs
- Checking quality of work within team to ensure KPI's are met, and to provide support, and coaching where required
- Support the supervisor team in leading and motivation staff
- Ensure health and safety standards are met, and any issues reported through safety conversations
- Secure and weigh of all export containers and recording/passing this information on to all relevant departments
- Loading / unloading of freight
- Checking the freight is packed correctly and is safe to be moved around the network
- Ensuring freight arrives at the correct area in a timely manner
- Moving / lifting boxes up to 25kg (using lifting aids if required)
- Scanning of shipments to capture location details and data information
- Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy
- Reporting any faulty equipment to management
- Ensuring chutes are kept clear
- Utilising the AS400 Scanning System for the import/export of all WPX shipments
- Inspect shipments for damages and defects
- Securing all export containers
- Follow compliance regulations including Dangerous Goods & security procedures
- To work within time frames whilst responding positively to last minute changes
- Checking of freight to the correct destination container/area
- Utilising the AS400 Scanning System for the import/export of all WPX shipments
- Safe driving of warehouse machinery/equipment

⭐ What You’ll Bring
- Sound knowledge of DHL procedures (training will be provided)
- A good understanding of equipment that is used in operation
- Ability to work as part of a team
- To be physically able and have manual handling skills
- Forklift and equipment training
- Basic awareness and load list training
- Willing to work varied and flexible shifts
- Knowledge of NMIV/AHS systems
- A safety first attitude. You must conduct yourself in an orderly manner within the workplace, ensuring that correct uniform and PPE is worn when required
