About the Role
As an Operations Specialist within our Operations team, you’ll support day-to-day operations across all product types to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience for our clients. This includes managing ISA, GIA, and pension transfers, as well as day-to-day operational activities.
Working closely with the operations team and WealthKernel’s wider teams, we’re looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar role.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Processing operational tasks such as:
- Transfers and cash payments across ISAs, JISAs, GIAs, and Pension wrappers
- In specie transfers and ensuring correct registration of underlying customer assets
- Handling general operational tasks like:
- Matching customer deposits
- Matching transfer deposits
- Returning unmatched deposits
- Collaborating effectively with a small team to ensure tasks are completed with high accuracy
- Taking ownership of requests until resolution while meeting agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs

Requirements
We’re looking for a detail-oriented specialist with the following qualifications:
-Deep knowledge of ISA, SIPP, and GIA processes, particularly cash and in-specie transfers, as well as pension drawdown mechanics -Experience working with established platforms in high-speed environments -Willingness to learn, take ownership, and deliver optimal outcomes for customers -Organised with strong cross-team communication skills -An interest in technical development and a willingness to thrive in a tech-driven environment
