Position: Operations Team Leader – FLAGSHIP STORE

Location: Oxford Street, LONDON

Salary: £15,25 PLUS BONUS

Contract: Full Time – Permanent

The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager and Store Leadership team you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will contribute to driving an organised, efficient and high-performing environment whilst helping to execute operational excellence across stock flow, replenishment and inventory processes.

  • Driving operational excellence across the stockroom environment.
  • Executing deliveries, replenishment and E-commerce fulfilment efficiently and accurately.
  • Helping to maintain accurate inventory and ensure markdown activity is completed effectively.
  • Ensuring the sales floor remains fully stocked, visually impactful and customer ready at all times.
  • Upholding brand and operational standards consistently across all areas of the business.
  • Working closely with the wider leadership team to drive efficiency, improve stock flow and enhance the customer experience.
  • Contributing to a fast-paced, highly organised and commercially focused flagship environment.
  • Supporting peak trade activity and major delivery periods with pace, accuracy and attention to detail.

About You:

  • Previous people management experience
  • Experience in a retail operations / stockroom role within a high-volume fashion environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.
  • Understands the direct link between operational excellence and the overall customer experience.
  • Tech savvy - RFID experience preferred but not essential.
  • Passionate about fashion and highly customer-orientated.
  • Proactive, hands-on and confident taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work at pace.
  • Positive energy with a collaborative approach and strong work ethic.
