Job Description
As the right hand to the Chief of Staff, you will drive high-priority projects across finance, people, and strategy to scale Gizmo.ai’s addictive learning platform. You’ll own critical workstreams from day one, solving complex operational bottlenecks to support a growing community of 1.7 million learners and a rapidly expanding 20-person team.

What You Will Do
- Lead diverse workstreams across finance, compliance, and people operations to increase the leverage and output of the executive team.
- Analyze performance data and user metrics to draw actionable conclusions that inform strategic priorities and company growth.
- Proactively identify operational friction and build scalable solutions, from improving internal processes to supporting high-level hiring pushes.
The ideal candidate
- Roughly 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally within a talent-dense, fast-moving startup or strategy consulting environment.
- Proven ability to communicate crisply and manage upwards, ensuring leadership has the right context without unnecessary noise.
- A low-ego, outcome-driven mindset with the technical curiosity to use AI tools to 10x personal productivity and output.
