What You Will Be Doing
As an Operations Supervisor, your roles and responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
- Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
- Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
- Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
- Ensuring safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices during shifts

Working Hours & Preview
- Shift Pattern: Night shift (Tuesday 23:00 ® Saturday 08:00)
- Salary: £16.57 per hour
What You Bring
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment (desirable)
- Be able to effectively manage time for yourself and your team, with attention to detail
- Be energetic and enthusiastic
- Possess a strong customer focus
- Have excellent communication skills
