Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of drivers and operatives to ensure smooth operations
- Motivate and manage team members with fairness and consistency
- Achieve set service-level targets and operational excellence daily
- Train your team on business goals, safety, and compliance standards
- Enforce safe, secure, and compliant working practices
Requirements & Desired Traits
- Experience in managing shifts and teams within a high-volume transportation environment (preferred)
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong customer focus, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a go-getter attitude
