Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of drivers and operatives to ensure smooth operations
  • Motivate and manage team members with fairness and consistency
  • Achieve set service-level targets and operational excellence daily
  • Train your team on business goals, safety, and compliance standards
  • Enforce safe, secure, and compliant working practices

Requirements & Desired Traits

  • Experience in managing shifts and teams within a high-volume transportation environment (preferred)
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong customer focus, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a go-getter attitude
