Role: Team Leader (ECommerce)
Location: Wellingborough Salary: £35,090.00 per annum Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve and exceed service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Distribute work orders and manage employee workload
- Steer, coordinate, and implement processes
- Plan daily business activities
- Act as the first point of contact for process/technical faults and escalate issues to relevant departments
- Identify problems and implement corrective action with ongoing success control
- Ensure SLA compliance and SAP system management
- Participate in resource planning (staff and infrastructure)
- Create and evaluate reports
- Maintain quality and service-level standards
- People management (recruitment, motivation, development)
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus

Requirements
- Experience using computerized systems (ideally ERP systems like SAP)
- Understanding of temperature-controlled environments (advantageous)
- Reliability, organization, and time-management skills
- Strong written/verbal communication
- Numerical aptitude with attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of issues—from start to finish, professionally
- Business acumen with a customer-service mindset
