Responsibilities
As an Operations Supervisor (Eastleigh), your role includes:
- Serving customers via the trade counter while providing product recommendations.
- Processing orders (online and in-store).
- Managing stock—warehouse and counter.
- Developing new accounts to drive business growth.
- Handling deliveries and team coordination.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri, 07:30–16:30) + 1-hour break.
- Occasional (1-in-3) Saturday shifts (08:00–12:00), paid as overtime.

Requirements
Essential qualifications/experience:
-
Professional **plumbing/heating products** knowledge (relevant industry experience preferred). - Frontline customer service/sales background (face-to-face).
- Supervisory experience—key.
- Strong teamwork mindset, with willingness to support all branch functions for smooth operations.
- Positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
