The Company
PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage. With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.
SAPol Operations is a specialised vehicle fleet fitment branch and is committed to providing a first-class service to the South Australian Police and wider Government Services industry.
The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join the team. This role is predominantly office based to support the branch in recording, planning, and accounting for labour, vehicle production and facilities, ensuring that operations run effectively and efficiently. This role is suitable for someone with mechanical aptitude and automotive stores interpretation knowledge.
What You Will Do
- Monitor operational area performance levels to ensure the team is meeting product and quality KPI's
- Support the leadership of site operations, and identify training and skills needs
- Liaise with Subcontractors to provide additional resource capabilities
- Oversee appropriate safety, quality and behavioural standards, identifying and correcting any OH&S issues
- Promote a high-performance and continuous improvement team culture with a focus towards Safety, Quality and Customer Service
- Communicate clear job expectations and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes.
- Day to day administration tasks
- Liaising with our external/internal customers
- Entering all orders/pricing into our system with high precision in a timely manner
- Support our customers’ needs technical enquiries and vehicle change overs
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service relations and profile
- Maintain computer-based information, data systems and generate reports/invoices

What You Will Bring
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Prior experience in Administration, automotive parts interpretation, technical acumen
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with leading and engaging a team, with the capabilities to create a collaborative and positive working environment
- Ability to coach and develop others, monitor and measure performance to improve efficiencies
- Show initiative and flexibility in your approach to work
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable and dedicated person with drive and energy
