Operations & Supply Chain Manager – Robotics & Beverage Distribution

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Location: London, United Kingdom
Employment Type: Full-time

About LEC

London Export Corporation (LEC) is a British trading company operating across robotics, artificial intelligence, and beverage distribution.

  • LEC Robotics distributes advanced commercial service robots and robotic automation solutions across the UK and Ireland. Working with some of the world’s leading robotics manufacturers, we supply, install, and support robots for the hospitality, healthcare, retail, corporate, and public sectors.
  • LEC Beverages is the sole UK distributor of Tsingtao Beer, one of China’s most recognised international beer brands. We manage the importation, warehousing, and distribution of products to wholesalers, retailers, hospitality groups, and national customers across the United Kingdom.

As both businesses continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional operations professional to become a key part of our team.

The Role

This is not a role for someone who simply manages from behind a desk.

We are looking for a doer. Someone who is highly organised, structured, proactive, and enjoys making things happen.

You will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations across both businesses, ensuring products move efficiently from supplier to customer while maintaining excellent communication with manufacturers, logistics partners, customers, and internal teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
