The Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations Support professional to join our growing Operations team.

This is a fast-paced, varied role where you'll play a vital part in ensuring exceptional service delivery for customers and suppliers while supporting key operational, ordering and invoicing processes. You'll be at the heart of the business, helping ensure customer enquiries are resolved quickly, orders are processed accurately and operational deadlines are consistently met.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing customer and supplier enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
  • Taking ownership of cases through to resolution while maintaining excellent communication.
  • Supporting ordering, invoicing and operational administration processes.
  • Processing and amending customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and case management.
  • Supporting supplier allocation requests, site set-ups and compliance checks.
  • Assisting with operational projects, customer communications and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Building strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, operations support, administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on and positive approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible approach to work.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Experience using CRM, order processing or business systems would be advantageous.
